Shipping & Returns

mycodo.ca will always use the shipping address that you provided during the checkout procedure. We will ship either with FedEx or Canada Post, and offer free shipping while at it. We will estimate the time of the arrival of your product, but that is only an estimate. We cannot take into account any unforeseen damage due to delays during the shipping procedure.

Moreover, the shipping times listed on our website do not include the 3–5-day order processing time.

When you make a purchase with mycodo.ca, we will provide options for shipping as well as estimate the associated costs. However, we are not responsible for any provincial or federal shipping taxes. You will also agree to comply with any export laws of Canada that will apply to the products purchased under this agreement

mycodo.ca will use third-party shipping service providers in shipping its products to you. Therefore, our company is not responsible for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) or any other shipping expenses. These risks will pass on to the third-party shipping provider and you, when the product goes out of our control. If the package arrives damaged, we can file a claim with Canada Post or FedEx on your behalf

Refund Policy

If any of our products does not meet your expectations, let us know. Contact us at info@mycodo.ca, give us your order number, and let us know your reason for the refund. We will immediately investigate the case, analyze your request, as well as replace or refund your purchase in due time.
Furthermore, we will also refund in full the purchase price of all unopened products within 60 days from the date you originally purchased the product from us.

**Please note:

Regarding refunds, we will send the money back to the same payment method you used to make the original purchase. Furthermore, we do not refund the shipping costs of the original shipping. You will have to send the package back and accept the shipping costs yourself. For a full refund, we will need you to provide an unopened package with its seals fully intact. We accept no exceptions to this rule.

If the product you asked a refund for does not meet the necessary quality standards, mycodo.ca will accept your return via a printable prepaid shipping label. After you complete the shipping label, send it to us, and we will approve it after an analysis. To get this prepaid shipping label, give us an email at info@mycodo.ca. We also do not accept any returns made without this pre-approval.

mycodo.ca holds no responsibility for undelivered, stolen, lost, or items refused by customs. If your package failed to arrive, we recommend you contact us within 6 weeks at info@mycodo.ca. We will ask the third-party shipping provider about the status of your order and make a claim to see what happened. After we find out, we’ll inform you and wait for further input on your order.

If the shipment comes back to us undelivered, we will give you a call or email you, and then you can either ask for a refund (without the original shipping fee), or you can give us a different address so we can ship the product to you. Please remember that this will incur another shipping fee.

Whenever you want to return an order to us, any third-party shipping provider may force a fee that they will charge on mycodo.ca. We have no way of estimating the exact value of this fee before the shipment takes place either. So, we will deduct the return fee from your refund before issuing it.
*If the refused shipment is damaged, we do not charge any return fee.
